Studio rooms have their own entrance. TV/DVD, kitchenette with microwave/convection oven, toaster, small fridge, hobs and tea and coffee making facilities (not suitable for children under 8 unless given prior approval).
Relax and enjoy yourselves in your own studio with private patio.
Studio 2 has a door that can be unlocked to have access to the main house hallway if you have friends or family staying in the standard rooms.

If requested a simple continental breakfast consisting of cereals, tea/coffee, juice, toast (brown or white) canned fruit, yoghurt and either a muffin or croissant each, is provided in your room to have at your convenience.
The Studios have a lockable adjoining door and an adjoining patio gate (as seen in picture below) so you can easily enjoy time with friends or family if they are next door (not suitable for children under 8 unless given prior approval).

Relax and enjoy the guest lounge or the deck and outdoors on half acre in private semi rural setting with huge north facing deck flowing onto expansive lawn leading to Estuary with jetty surrounded by gardens.
The house has 3 standard guestrooms (not suitable for children under 8 unless given prior approval).
If requested a simple continental breakfast consisting of cereals, tea/coffee, juice, toast (brown or white) canned fruit, yoghurt and either a muffin or croissant each, is provided on large deck surrounded by lovely gardens or in our spacious dining area depending on weather. Tea/coffee available all day.
There are several options in the village for other meals.

- $10.00 for breakfast per person per night can be added during the booking process.
- $15.00 per night can be added for a mattress and linen for an extra person in a Studio only.
- $15.00 less per night for a Twin room for a Single person (only available when booking via email, booking form, phone or fax).
- NOT suitable for children 8 unless given prior approval.
